The Prevalence of Magnetic Signs in Utah

What is it, exactly, about the state of Utah that could possibly explain the prevalence and demand of magnetic signs within her borders? As far as I'm concerned, the answers to this question are fairly self evident. I attribute the higher demand primarily to two different factors:
1.) Utah Entrepreneurship
Whether it's a result of the surge in self-confidence that often comes as a result of serving a mission for the predominate faith in the area, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, or simply a result of striving for greater independence (a key tenet of the LDS religion) from the things of the world, Utah boasts an impressive array of self-styled entrepreneurs. These entrepreneurs, many of whom have larger families and are thus strapped for cash, are simply seeking inexpensive, yet effective ways to promote their businesses. The magnetic sign affixed to their vehicle is an attractive means for them to advertise.
2.) Mompreneurship
Closely related to reason #1, it is conceivable that the mothers of Utah families would try to produce additional cashflow while their husbands are at work and their children in school. The magnetic sign is a cheap way for them to market their business during these hours, yet retain a normal appearance on their vehicle for other, less professional, occasions by being able to remove the magnet in seconds.
3.) The prevalence of Multi-Level-Marketing
It could be just me, but Utah often feels like a breeding ground for much-debated multi-level marketing business models. These businesses typically invest no money into their distributors up-front, forcing the agent to “bootstrap” or capitalize their business from their own cash, which is often limited. At this point, the scenario proceeds more or less the same as numbers one and two, detailed above.
Regardless of the causes, it appears that all these focus groups are capable of recognizing the magnetic sign as being inexpensive, versatile and effective in marketing to their target demographics. Consequently, the demand for magnetic signs is likely to remain constant, if not increase, over the course of time.
